Lift Urban Portland’s mission is to reduce hunger by providing healthy food and improving the lives of low-income residents in Northwest and Downtown Portland. Lift UP partners with low-income buildings to meet people where they are and provide accessible, in-building resources along with a neighborhood pantry.
